The new season of "90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?" is only two days away! Get ready for another wild, crazy, and totally entertaining season of drama and hysterics from your favorite couples! TLC just released an interesting sneak peek of the first episode, featuring David and his Thai wife, Annie.

The couple first appeared on "90 Day Fiance" Season 5 late last year. David Toborowsky was introduced as a 48-year-old guy from Kentucky, who traveled to Thailand with the hope of finding peace. He was divorced, jobless, and had just suffered a stroke.

There, he met 24-year-old Annie Suwan, a singer at a bar. They fell in love, got engaged, and moved back to the United States to settle down.

Annie soon learned that David would not be her ticket to a comfortable life. Because he was broke, they had to stay with David's couple friends, Chris and Nikki. Their situation got more awkward when David's history of infidelity and alcoholism was exposed.

David pawns Annie's jewelry

In the season premiere sneak peek, two months have passed since their wedding and David and Annie are now living in a vacant firehouse. The property belongs to David's friend Chris, who is asking him to pay $1,000 per month as a rental fee. Because David still has no job, he takes his wife to a pawn shop so they can pawn some of her jewelry.

"David has no job, and we have no money," the Thai native says.

Annie is reluctant to part with her gold necklaces and bracelets, but she says she has no choice. Interestingly, David's gold watch and bracelet are seen around his wrists as he takes the cash.

She left her poor village in Thailand thinking that she would have a better life in the US, but as it turns out, her American dream isn't what she imagined.

Meanwhile, David complains that his friend Chris isn't giving him the help that he deserves.

David & Annie's pasts exposed

Another new season trailer shows the "90 Day Fiance" couple being confronted by David's daughter separately. The daughter is seen talking to Annie at a diner, asking her about how she met her dad. Apparently, there are rumors circulating that Annie used to work at an "escort bar" in Thailand.

Annie simply shrugs and says, "I have to support my family."

Meanwhile, David's daughter is still not convinced that her father has overcome his drinking and emotional problems. The two sit down for a one-on-one talk.

"90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?" Season 3 premieres this Sunday, May 20, at 8 PM on TLC.
