Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola was a hot topic during the Thursday night episode of "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation," much like she has been during previous episodes of the MTV reality show. Although Giancola is no longer appearing on the series, her co-stars continue to discuss the reason behind her decision to stay home and focus on her career and boyfriend, Christian Biscardi.

On Thursday, April 19, Giancola's former boyfriend, Ronnie Magro, was seen chatting with his co-star, Vinny Guadagnino about what could have happened between the ex-couple if Giancola chose to take part in the reunion season.

“I have a kid on the way," Magro explained, according to a report by Us Weekly magazine. "You think I give a f**k what she does?” Magro then added that Giancola changes her friendships as she changes her relationships.

Deena Cortese comes to the defense of Sammi Giancola

Upon hearing Magro's allegation, Deena Nicole Cortese came to Sammi Giancola's defense. “Ron needs to stop talking about Sam and move the f**k on,” she said in a confessional. As Cortese explained, Giancola previously informed her that Magro used to call her from blocked phone numbers and act "really weird."

"[Sammi] was afraid she was gonna get in the house and [Ronnie Magro] would get drunk and spiral and try and get back with her or something,” Cortese explained.

What has Ronnie Magro said about his time at the 'Shore' house?

Prior to the start of production on "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation," Ronnie Magro and his girlfriend, Jenn Harley, conceived their first child and as they awaited their baby girl's birth earlier this month, Magro was faced with plenty of temptations.

“You get put in certain predicaments where, you know, we’re ten years in, so you have to do what you have to do to make sure that you get back on TV,” he told Us Weekly last month.

According to Magro, he acted a certain way because he knew that people didn't want to watch people go home and go to bed. That said, when it comes to his rumored cheating during last night's show, Magro insisted that things didn't go down the way they were portrayed.
