The pair, who are the only original couple from the show who have made their relationship work, may be the next to reveal some big baby news.

According to the latest "Teen Mom OG' news, Tyler Baltierra was recently asked when he and Catelynn Lowell may be having another child together, when Tyler replied, he hoped it would be soon.
When one fan said that they hoped the MTV reality TV couple would have a boy next, Baltierra revealed that he also hoped they would have a little boy to add to their growing family. While Catelynn and Tyler are "definitely not" pregnant yet, an insider close to the famous couple say that they do want to have another baby soon.
Lowell and Baltierra's endearing love story
As "Teen Mom OG" fans already know, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have been together since their very early teenage years. The pair met at school in their home state of Michigan, and famously placed their first daughter, Carly, up for adoption when they found out they had become pregnant as teenagers. Catelynn and Tyler's decision to give Carly a better life was the subject of their "TMOG" storyline for years.
However, a few years ago, the pair announced that they were pregnant again, and soon after their second daughter, Nova, was born. Nova, who is set to turn 3-years-old this winter, has been the center of Lowell and Baltierra's life since her birth. However, the couple have always maintained that they would like to have multiple children, and have even mentioned the possibility of adopting a child of their own in the future.

Meanwhile, Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra's "Teen Mom OG" co-star, Amber Portwood, recently announced that she was pregnant with her second child. Amber, who recently ended her engagement to boyfriend Matt Baier, met a new man, Andrew Glennon, while on the set of "Marriage Boot Camp" with Matt.
The pair hit it off and started dating. They are now expecting their first child together in 2018. Upon revealing the big baby news online, Lowell and Baltierra were one of the first people to send her love and congratulations on her growing family.
