"Days of Our Lives" spoilers reveal that Hope and Rafe fans will not be happy in the coming weeks. As the holiday season approaches, the "DOOL" super couple will go through their biggest challenges yet, and many viewers will be shocked by what they see unfold with the pair they lovingly call "Rope."
'Rope' may be a thing of the past
According to the latest "Days of Our Lives" spoilers and news, Hope Brady and Rafe Hernandez seem doomed. It all starts with the couple getting into yet another huge fight. Rafe is seemingly tired of waiting around for Hope to fully commit to their relationship, and although they are engaged, she doesn't really have much interest in planning their wedding.
Of course, Rafe will believe that it all has to do with the fact that Hope isn't over her late husband, Bo Brady, yet, and he may be right. However, Rafe won't wait around forever. In fact, "DOOL" viewers will actually see Rafe make some very questionable decisions after he and Hope decide to call it quits.
What has gotten into Rafe?
As previously reported, Rafe will turn to his ex-wife, Sami Brady, for comfort. The two will end up in bed together, and when Hope finds out about the transgression, she will likely be completely shocked and saddened. However, if "Days Of Our Lives" think that Hope is heartbroken over that, wait until you see what Rafe does next! That's right, Rafe is not done torturing Hope.
"DOOL" spoilers reveal that when Hope doesn't handle the situation with JJ the way that Abe wants her to he will demote her back down to detective, which will leave the job as police commissioner open, and Rafe will be right there to swoop in and grab the promotion for himself.
Abe makes things worse
As "Days of Our Lives" fans know, Rafe was also up for the job, but Abe decided to give the promotion to Hope.
Abe and Hope have known each other a very long time, and Hope has a ton of experience being a police officer. She's seen so much during her career, and she seemed like the obvious choice for the job. However, after officer JJ Deveraux shot Abe's son, Theo Carver, believing he was an armed and dangerous criminal, Abe is now singing a different tune.
It looks like if Hope doesn't do exactly what Abe wants her to do, which would be fire JJ from the force permanently, she'll be out of a job as well. Poor Hope, she may lose her man and her job within a matter of days.
