The latest updates and spoilers for "The Flash" Season 4 reveal more details about Killer Frost's role and how will Caitlin Snow redeem herself to her friends. Caitlin will once again struggle to control her powers and her evil alter-ego this season, as her past transgressions will come back to haunt her when she faces Amunet Black a.k.a. Blacksmith in episode 5.

The CW Network also release the plot synopsis for episode 6 that will feature different alternate versions of Harrison Wells.

"The Flash" cast member Danielle Panabaker teased Caitlin Snow's road to redemption in season 4 as she told Entertainment Weekly that Caitlin will face her greatest challenge during the "Girls Night Out" episode, and how her status will affect her relationship with Team Flash.

Panabaker also revealed that Iris West would be instrumental in helping Caitlin move on from her past mistakes.

"When Killer Frost shows up, Iris has a lot of compassion for Killer Frost and a lot of compassion with Caitlin, " Panabaker said. "And is pivotal in helping Caitlin reconcile herself with her past and some of her mistakes that Killer Frost made."

Felicity Smoak will help Caitlin celebrate Iris's bachelorette party, but they are interrupted by Amunet Black. Amunet is the leader of an underground metahuman syndicate, and she can control and manipulate metal.

Harrison Wells from different universes

Episode 6 of "The Flash" season 4 will take a page from "Rick and Morty" as Cisco Ramon and Harry Wells will meet the mysterious "Council of Wells."

According to the synopsis, Cisco and Harry will seek their help in order to defeat the show's newest main villain, The Thinker.

Just like the Council of Ricks, they are comprised of different versions of Tom Cavanagh's character from the multiverse. The showrunners have already introduced Harry and H.R. Wells in the show, and they will continue the tradition this season.

Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg told EW that Harry would have an emotional journey this season as he tries to find excitement in his life outside of Team Flash, Jesse Quick, and S.T.A.R.

Episode 6 synopsis also revealed that Barry Allen and the rest of the team would fight a new meta-human named Mina Chayton, and her powers can bring inanimate objects to life. Barry will reunite with Green Arrow, Supergirl, and the Legends to fight the invaders of Earth X during the "Crisis on Earth X" crossover.
