The latest spoiler for "The Flash" Season 4 will feature more details on Danny Trejo's character, Breacher and how his presence will change the direction of the show. He is introduced as Gypsy's father, and he will have a say on his daughter's relationship with Cisco Ramon a.k.a. Vibe.

Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg announced that Earth 2 Harrison Wells will have a much bigger storyline in season 6 and they will not introduce another version of the character in the show.

Revamping the show

The producers of the DC TV series announced that the fourth season of "The Flash" will change the direction of the show's narrative as they felt that it was necessary to reveal new things in the story while keeping audiences interested.

Kreisberg told Entertainment Weekly that Breacher's storyline with Cisco and Gypsy would provide the joy and comedy for the show and balance its serious tone. He stated that Trejo's character does not think highly of Cisco and he does not approve of his daughter's relationship with him.

"We just thought it would be a hilarious idea for Cisco, who's managed to melt Gypsys' heart, being unable to do the same thing with his father," Kreisberg said.

The show will go back to its original fun-loving roots after the dark and gloomy theme of season 3 and with Barry Allen's newfound powers and optimism. Comic book fans will expect more exciting storylines during the course of this season.

More Harry Wells

It seems that "The Flash" TV series will not introduce another version of Harrison Well this season as Kreisberg told EW in a separate interview that the showrunners decided that Harry will permanently stay with Team Flash on Earth 1.

Harry has been both a regular and recurring character in the past two seasons, and it will give audiences a rare opportunity to see more layers of his personality besides being a grumpy and brilliant scientist.

The latter will undergo an emotional journey of self-discovery and fans have speculated that he will have a love interest in the show similar to his doppelganger H.R. Wells and Tracy Brand.

Barry and Team Flash will face a new enemy in Central City in the form of Clifford DeVoe a.k.a. The Thinker and unlike his past enemies, the Scarlet Speedster will not rely too much on his speed and must outsmart him.

The show will also address Barry's relationship with Iris West as he tries to rekindle their lost love for each other after his time in the Speed Force.

"The Flash" season 4 will premiere on Oct. 10 on the CW Network.
