Joe Jonas and Camila Cabello spent some time catching up and singing some songs in one of the recent episodes of Carpool Karaoke,” Teen Vogue reported. The episode premiered on Apple Music on October 10.

The two discussed some things about their careers and talked about the first time they met. “Carpool Karaoke” is a segment in the hit television show titled “The Late Late Show With James Corden.”

The two sang some songs from their respective tracks such as “Cake By The Ocean” and “Crying In The Club.” They also previewed the song “You’re The One That I Want” from the hit musical “Grease.”

Joe is a singer and actor who was first catapulted to international fame as one of the members of pop-rock boy band Jonas Brothers.

The band included his biological brothers Nick and Kevin. He has also started his solo music career with his hits such as “Just In Love” and “Make You Mine.”

Meanwhile, Cabello is a Cuban-born American singer and songwriter. She was best known as part of the pop girl group Fifth Harmony but made her exit to start her solo career. Some of her tracks include “Havana,” “Bad Things,” “OMG,” and “I Have Questions.”

First encounter

The former Fifth Harmony member shared anecdotes from the first time they met. In her Cuban-American accent, she asked Jonas if he remembered this moment in his life. He told her that they had their first meeting during an awards show.

However, Cabello said he was wrong and showed an earlier photo of their first encounter.

She revealed that she was an avid fan of Jonas Brothers. It was a picture of the songstress while Joe was standing behind her, wearing a yellow suit and fully unaware.

Aside from catching up on each other’s whereabouts, they also asked each other a few questions. The songstress asked him about the first time he got into music.

In return, the male singer asked her about her age when she had her stint on “X-Factor.” They also talked about first impressions and their favorite things.
