It’s been over a decade since popular teen movie series,High School Musical concluded. The series consisted of three parts and involved the contributions of Vanessa Hudgens, Zac Efron, Lucas Grabeel, Monique Coleman, and Ashley Tisdale. These actors and actresses are in different phases of their lives now. Long gone are those innocent days – which were portrayed in the original series. Recently, a fan-made “High School Musical 4' video went viral. The teaser had the “What I’ve Been Looking For” soundtrack playing in slow-motion in the background.

The video was based on the Wildcats and what they were up to after many years had passed. Those characters were shown to have long graduated from East High. Even though this was a fan-made video, it didn’t take long for fans to demand an actual revival of the teen film series. Devoted followers have begun taking to different social media platforms to make their own predictions about the future.

According to an online report, the video – which was posted on YouTube back in August – showcased Troy Bolton (Zac Efron) stating how he missed Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Hudgens). Meanwhile, Chad Danforth (Corbin Bleu) was shown being married and having children. He expressed his feelings about being a father.

Taylor McKessie (Monique Coleman) on the other hand, was seen in her usual essence – advising her friends about things. The evil siblings – Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale) and Ryan Evans (Lucas Grabeel) were also included in the video. Actress Vanessa Hudgens reacted to the fan-made video on social media. She said that she was actually “pretty impressed” with it.

She further went on to state that she first came across the video on Monique Coleman’s Instagram feed and absolutely loved it.

Vanessa Hudgens revealed that she met Ashley Tisdale for dinner recently, wherein both the celebrities discussed the idea of a fourth “High School Musical” movie.

She said that Tisdale was also moved by the video and thought that it was a good idea to explore the possibility of another movie. According to a report by E! Online, Hudgens added that she won’t be reprising her role as Gabriella Montez in the movie if ever there was one. Vanessa feels that she is actually “too old” to play any role in the rumored movie. However, she would be happy to see the movie transform into reality with other actors in it.
