So much has happened since "Bachelor in Paradise" was shut down over alleged misconduct on set. In fact, the people involved, DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios, seem to have become close pals once the drama was settled and they attended the same Halloween party on Saturday.
The reality stars even shared a snippet from the party, where they dressed up as a biker and a sexy fembot. "Fembot - Biker Boy take Halloween," Corinne Olympios captioned the post. DeMario Jackson, who shared the same photo, wrote, "This fembot captured me tonight," along with a rose emoji.
Corinne and DeMario dating rumors after 'Paradise' scandal
Their recent public appearance came after the "Bachelor in Paradise" outcasts were mired in dating rumors after they were spotted holding hands at Disneyland back in September. Corinne Olympios has clarified that they are just friends and has denied any romantic involvement with DeMario Jackson.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the female reality star explained that she and her co-star were with a group of friends when they were photographed holding hands. She added that she has no problem with holding her friend's hand.
She revealed that they have been communicating almost every day since the whole "Bachelor in Paradise" drama was settled.
"We both know neither of us made the complaint that started everything, so why wouldn't we be friends?" she argued.
Corinne Olympios said DeMario Jackson has become more like a brother to her since the controversy wound down. Back in June, the Bachelor Nation was stunned when a producer complained about alleged misconduct on the set of "Bachelor in Paradise" in Mexico.
Inside 'Bachelor in Paradise' scandal
It was revealed that two contestants had apparently engaged in intimate moments in the pool. It was captured by the cameras and has made t least one producer uncomfortable. It was later revealed that the persons involved were DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios.
After the news came out, ABC announced the temporary shutdown of "Bachelor in Paradise" to investigate the alleged incident between the two contestants.
The entire cast and crew were sent home to wait for the results of the investigation.
Corinne Olympios called herself a "victim" and promised to conduct her own investigation into what took place on the secluded island. DeMario Jackson, on the other hand, claimed he was fired from his job as a executive recruiter in the wake of the controversy.
A couple of months after the whole drama started, the two outcasts reunited for the first time for the "Bachelor in Paradise" finale in September.
