The former No Doubt hitmaker might be the luckiest girl alive for having Shelton as her boyfriend. In spite of the rumors that are surrounding their relationship, the couple just proves that they definitely love each other.
The lavish gift and a Barbie-themed birthday party

“Gwen was surprised by Blake today,” a source close to the couple told Hollywood Life. The choker is a vintage Cartier 12.50 karat diamond set in 18k white gold. The country singer even personally picked the sparkler for his beloved partner.
Gavin Rossdale’s former wife, on the other hand, was stunned when she saw her boyfriend's generous present. In fact, she was very infatuated when she was opening the box. The insider revealed that Stefani was near to crying when she was unwrapping the gem. She is now excited to wear the sparkler in the next special event she is going to attend with Shelton.
Aside from the “God Gave Me You” crooner’s gift, the fashion designer also received other presents from her friends.
This includes donuts, roses, and balloons. Stefani was so happy on her special day even gushed about her Barbie-themed birthday party.

Blake Shelton also surprised Gwen Stefani with a very sweet message for her birthday.
The television personality greeted the mother-of-three on his Twitter page and wrote a heart-melting message.
“Why don't you go ahead and NEVER break my heart!!!!" Stefani quickly responded and thanked him for saving her life.
The couple has been known for being very sweet to each other. In fact, they are often seen displaying major PDA whenever they are out and about. They, too, are often spotted with her three sons; Kingston (11), Zuma Nesta Rock (9), and Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale (3).
Stefani and Shelton’s exchange of tweet took place just a couple of weeks after the initial revealed that she will be releasing a Christmas album. Her new record for the coming Holiday season is going to be released on Oct. 6. The LP even has a collaboration song with Shelton titled "You Make It Feel Like Christmas." Evidently, it will be a very Merry Christmas for the two.
