The “Fifty Shades Freed” actress appears to be single at this time although she’s been linked to her co-star Jamie Dornan despite his marriage to English musician Amelia Warner. Matt, on the other hand, the vocalist and guitarist for the American-Welsh indie rock band Drowners, has not been seen dating anyone else since they broke up. Many of their fans were looking forward to seeing them last longer but some relationships tend to slip away.

Last weekend, the Daily Mail reported, Dakota Johnson was out and about with some of her friends in the neighborhood of East Village in New York City. The 27-year-old star was photographed walking on the sidewalk with a girlfriend while talking to someone on the phone. The “Fifty Shades” actress kept it cool and casual sporting a white top clad with a rust-colored coat paired with flared black pants and a pair of Gucci crimson flat shoes. She completed her look with her hair draped over her shoulders, oversize dark-tinted sunglasses and a black designer purse with a gold strap.

What’s more interesting is that Dakota Johnson wasn’t just with a friend but she was also photographed talking to her ex-boyfriend Matthew Hitt. The actress, early on Sunday, also managed to steal some of the spotlight when she arrived at the Saturday Night Live Afterparty event alone. Eagle-eyed fans noticed her in high spirits and they are wondering if there is someone keeping her cheerful at the moment.
