There are recent reports that the 2017 Miss Universe pageant will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada once again, blog Pageanthology101 revealed. The city last hosted the worldwide pageant in 2015.
The pageant-oriented website cited a video taken from a local pageant in France. Miss France’s National Director Sylvie Tellier was heard in the video announcing that the newly-crowned Miss Universe France 2017 will compete in the international competition in Las Vegas.
The Miss Universe Organization has not yet released an official statement regarding the final venue of the event.
However, if these reports are true, this will be the fifth time the city will host the prestigious pageant.
