Allegedly, Caitlyn Jenner already knew about the pregnancy. Also, another source said that the 20-year-old makeup mogul told her sister, Kim Kardashian West, about it.

An insider told People that it took a while for Kim Kardashian West to believe that Kylie Jenner is now expecting her first baby with Travis Scott.
“Her first reaction was, "Seriously?" the insider revealed. The source explained that the 36-year-old actress was stunned to learn the news. It is known that she and her husband Kanye West were hoping for another baby but due to health concerns about Kim, they did do so. In fact, they have hired a surrogate to have another child.
Allegedly, Kim almost cried when she learned that Kylie is pregnant. “It definitely took a lot of time for her to process it,” the informant continued. Saint West and North West’s mother didn’t expect to hear this kind of news about her little sister. In fact, it was the last thing that they expected to hear.
Kylie is just 20 years old and just started her relationship with Travis Scott.
As their romance is still considered new, the Kardashian-Jenner clan is still being cautious about it. The family still doesn’t know him too well. The expectant mom is still young and they are afraid that she could have the same fate as Blac Chyna. They, too, are afraid that she will be very hurt.
