Today is exactly a week since “Game of Thrones” season 7 concluded and it still feels like it got over too soon. The final chapter is going to unravel in 2019, and the show-runners assure an action-filled journey. The fans have a long period – almost two years to come up with different theories. There is a lot that remains unaddressed. The next season is going to take care of all of that.
Tortmund and Beric will survive
“Game of Thrones” season 7 finale ended with a horrifying scene, which took place at The Wall. The White Walkers seemingly broke down the 8,000-year-old structure and passed right through it.
Beric Dondarrion and Tormund Gaintsbane were present at the location and seemed to have taken the impact. It wasn’t however revealed whether they live or die. Although it looked pretty difficult to survive through such a massive fall, the show-runners didn’t make it official. According to a report by What Culture, the two do survive and end up going to Castle Black.
Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen to become parents
Towards the end, it was also revealed how Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen engage in passionate love-making. They are blissfully unaware of their biological relationship. Jon Snow has been confirmed to be the legitimate offspring of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegor Targaryen, thereby making Dany his aunt.
This also makes him the legitimate successor to the Iron Throne. It surely is too late for now that. It is highly possible that Daenerys ends up giving birth to Jon’s baby.
Theon gets his revenge but at a cost
According to a report by Buzzfeed, Theon after finally realizing that he needs to “man-up,” goes to confront and even kill his uncle, Euron.
Euron currently holds Yara as a captive and with the objective to save her, he heads to kill him. It has been predicted that while he will be successful at doing so, Yara will lose her life in the process.
Snow’s wolf is no more
“Game of Thrones” season 1 was an immediate delight as a pack of wolves were introduced. But as seasons passed by, the pack started becoming smaller and smaller.
Finally, only leaving one or two dire wolves as survivors. Among them in Jon Snow’s “rut” called Ghost. Things are going to get difficult for the white beauty especially with the dead army fast approaching their way. There are high chances that Ghost might finally be killed off.
