BTS, also known as Bulletproof Boys, Bangtan Boys or their Korean name-Bangtan Sonyeondan, was formed by Big Hit Entertainment in July 2013. They are a Korean boy band group (K-pop) consisting of seven members (Rap Monster, Jin, Suga, JHope, Jimin, V, Jungkook). The band gained popularity in the United States after they won the Top Social artist award at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, dethroning Justin Bieber who had won the award for six consecutive years.
BTS beat other popular artists including Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande and Shawn Mendez.
This boy band group has sold-out concerts during their 2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour in both North America and South America, with full audiences in Chicago, Anaheim, Newark, Chile and Brazil.
After their huge debut in the United States, the group set to return on September 18 with their new album titled "Love Yourself." On Monday night, Big Hit Entertainment dropped the much-awaited teaser of their comeback introducing Park Jimin's "Serendipity" which trended worldwide for one-hour, together with "Park Jimin." The new song has five million views and almost one million likes on Youtube just 14 hours after the release. This is a result of the Twitter followers for the group's official account (@BTS_twt), which soared to eight million just 39 days after they reached the seven million followers in July.
This is another milestone for BTS who worked hard for their success and for the A.R.M.Y's - the name of the group's fandom - because of their never-ending support for the boys.

" With less than two weeks before the return album, the group already sold one million copies of their album through pre-orders from August 25-31 and is the No. 1 item in the CD & Vinyl Best Sellers on Amazon, the earth's largest online shopping outlet.
