After fans have been speculating for a while, Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi are admitting that they called it quits. E! shared the news that this couple from "The Bachelor" is over and moving on. Fans have wondered if they would last and now the word is out. Not many couples from this show are able to make it work once they are out in the real world.
What happened between this couple?
More than five months after getting engaged, Nick and Vanessa are over. The couple fell in love on the show, then went on to spend time together while Nick did "Dancing With the Stars." This isn't just a rumor either.
They are admitting that they are calling it quits. Sometimes being on "DWTS" can be hard on a relationship considering how hard you have to work, but they made it through that part just fine.
The couple started out saying, "It's with a great amount of heartbreak for the both us as we have decided to end our engagement. We gave this relationship our all and we are saddened that we did not get the fairytale ending we hoped for." The statement went on to explain that they will continue to be there for each other. They also admitted that it was not an easy decision for them.
Nick and Vanessa seemed to be doing great
The couple shared that they had been doing great. They had been spending a lot of time together and were really happy with how things were going.
They told everyone that they really enjoyed just hanging out at home and not going out a lot. Vanessa was always by Nick's side during his time on "Dancing With the Stars." It just sounds like whatever happened they couldn't work through the issues and make it work. They really did want it to work, but sometimes things just aren't meant to be.
Nick Viall was on Bachelor Nation shows four different times. He found love more than once, but Vanessa Grimadli was the only time that he got the girl in the end and got engaged. Sadly it didn't work out. It would be really hard for the fans to be okay with Nick Viall joining the show again. It looks like his time on reality television might be over and he is going to have to move on.
Nick has started his own business recently.
