One can imagine it was rough for her to deal with the reports that he was cheating on her, but now she's facing the same rumors. It doesn't matter who is behind bars; there will always be divorce rumors about her.

People close to Teresa Giudice know that they are not separating. They know that they are staying together, no matter what. In addition, Teresa is loyal to her husband and one can imagine that she would drop her fame in New Jersey and her massive paycheck from Bravo to go with her husband to Italy if he is indeed deported when he is released.

It's no secret that some of her former co-stars want to create drama for her, as they feel betrayed because she didn't want to open up about her legal troubles to them. Denies trouble with Joe
This week, Teresa Giudice released a statement about Joe Giudice after the divorce rumors surfaced. She revealed that the rumors are not true and she's dedicated to making things work, no matter what.
“I am not getting divorced. The truth is, I miss my husband and cannot wait for him to come home,” Giudice revealed.
It sounds like Joe is working on himself behind bars and that he wants to make it work for the sake of his family. He is going to school to educate himself and one can imagine that he wants the chance to start over with a brand new life once he's released.
