The 12th season of NBC’s hit reality talent competition “America’s Got Talent” just finished its first live show, with stunning performances from the contestants. A particular duo wowed the judges as their ice skated on stage, USA Today reported.

Skating tandem Billy and Emily England, who are siblings left the audience glued onto their seats, with their risky act that night. Their performance, which lasted around two minutes featured both of them in an ice skating dance act. They presented their footwork, wearing skates over just a small circular ice space on stage.

Just a few moments before the end of the routine, the ice floor was raised high to show the performers dancing away from the stage floor. One of the judges, Mel B covered her eyes with her hands.

Most of the movements were spinning routines, but the whole performance made the judges stand up from their seats for an applause. German-American supermodel Heidi Klum was seen clapping at the middle of the performance, while Howie Mandel uttered the word, “Wow.”

USA Today stated that Simon Cowell called their performance, “perfection.” There were more acts that graced the stage Tuesday night.

First live show

A review from USA Today recalled some of the remarkable performances that night.

One of them was a performer dressed like President Donald Trump. He danced and sang, but received both positive and negative comments from the judges.

The show also featured the Puddles Pity Party, a clown who sang “Royals” by Lorde. The talent performance apparently did not move further into the competition, after Cowell pressed the buzzer.

The rest of the performance went well, from the South Korean dancing group to the stunning performance of a ventriloquist.

She is Darci Lynne Farmer, a 12-year-old ventriloquist who received a Golden Buzzer during her auditions. She once again showed her talent on stage during the live shows. Her performance video went viral online.

The popular reality talent search is shown on NBC for its 12th season. “America’s got talent” will reportedly have another live show on Wednesday, where seven of the 12 acts that graced the stage Tuesday night will move on to the next round of the competition. Fans can tune in and vote who they think should win the competition.

“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 is hosted by Tyra Banks. The judging panel includes Mel B, Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum.
