Pregnancy rumors often surround Jennifer Aniston since time immemorial. The 48-year-old star is always the victim of body shaming since she decided not to have any kids.

The “Friends” alum has been married to Justin Theroux since 2015. She chose to stay childfree and admitted that she is tired of people claiming she is expecting whenever she is gaining a little weight.

Respecting her own choice

In an interview with Glamour, Jennifer Aniston opened up about her thoughts to the non-stop rumors about her alleged pregnancy.

As soon as she gets bloated by eating a lot, people will quickly assume that she is expecting.

With that, she boldly insisted that her body is not anyone’s business.

“It's just my body,” the former wife of Brad Pitt told Glamour. She narrated that it is pretty normal to be bloated whenever she has a bite or two and develop a circle around her stomach. But, it doesn’t necessarily mean she is pregnant.

She then explained that having a child is not anybody’s business, except for the couple or the person who wants to have a kid of their own. Also, she believed that being a mother doesn't mean a woman is living a “happy and fulfilled life.” She even insisted that no one has the right to judge someone else’s choices in living.

A sensitive issue

In the continuation of the interview, Jennifer Aniston revealed that her own ideas of a truly happy and fulfilled life might be way different from other people.

She claimed that one has their own personal preferences. Not everyone knows what is going on with her life beyond the camera; same with the private people living a normal life who want and don’t want to have kids. She even added that it is a very sensitive issue that some are meddling with. “It's sensitive to me," she admitted.

The Break-Up” actress requests others to step out from other people’s lives and stay in their own backyard when it comes to talking about rumors, especially getting involved with her personal life. She just wants these gossipers to mind their own business and let everyone live in peace.

No social media for Anniston

Jennifer Aniston also unveiled that she is avoiding using the internet that much to keep her “sanity.”

The “Horrible Bosses” star explained that whenever she sees people glued on their phone, she feels like they are missing so much of what is happening in the real world.

She believed that it is something created by men and people's responsibility. She even though that using it is like putting pressure on one’s self by being liked and disliked for something they did. She even called it a “drag.”
