ABC has remained tight-lipped about the casting lineup of "Dancing With The Stars" season 25, which is set to premiere on September 18. Multiple sources, however, claimed that the upcoming season will feature Nikki Bella and Drew Scott to compete for the mirror ball trophy.
Bella and Scott for 'DWTS' new season
A source confirmed to PEOPLE that the "Property Brothers" host and WWE pro have reached an agreement with the network to appear on the dance show. Meanwhile, ABC refused to comment on casting rumors ahead of their comeback on television.
Neither Nikki Bella nor Drew Scott has addressed their rumored participation in "Dancing with the Stars" season 25 at the moment.
Aside from these two personalities, several names have emerged as potential cast members of the dance program.
Chyna, Spicer, and Jackson to hit the dance floor?
Rumor has it that the ABC program is eyeing to cast Blac Chyna for the upcoming season. "The show has already had Rob [Kardashian], and her bestie, Amber Rose, and now, they’re looking to offer Chyna a spot on the next season," a Hollywood Life source said.
It further stated that the dance show is reportedly planning to pair the model with either Val or Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Aside from Blac Chyna, former White House press secretary Sean Spicer and "Bachelor in Paradise" outcast DeMario Jackson were rumored to be joining the dance competition.
Both personalities were mired in huge controversies when reports of their potential participation on the show made headlines. Sean Spicer resigned from his position following a White House shake-up, while DeMario Jackson was involved in an alleged on-set misconduct with his fellow cast member.
A source told TMZ that the former White House press secretary has turned down the offer to appear in "Dancing with the Stars" due to his hectic schedules.
Sean Spicer, however, was flattered to be considered for the dance program. Meanwhile, an affiliate of DeMario Jackson revealed that the "Bachelor in Paradise" outcast is "highly interested" to join the lineup of the upcoming season.
Another source confirmed to ET Online that DeMario Jackson has already discussed his potential participation on the show with ABC.
"Dancing with the Stars" pro Peta Murgatroyd, on the other hand, personally said that she is still unsure if she will be back in the program after giving birth to her first child with Maks Chmerkovskiy in January.
"I don't want to spend 10 hours away a day from my child, so those things factor into it for me,” she said. “I'm a mom now and that comes first you know?”
