It seems that "Counting on" star Jill Duggar's husband, Derick Dillard has certain issues about gender. He recently made quite a snide remark about another TLC talent, Jazz Jennings. Jennings stars in "I am Jazz" and is among the youngest celebrity transgenders at the age of 16.
In a tweet, Jill Duggar's husband said called Jennings' show an oxymoron. He even added that "Transgender is a myth."
What an oxymoron... a "reality" show which follows a non-reality. "Transgender" is a myth. Gender is not fluid; it's ordained by God. https://t.co/YxzH5o5Ujx

Why would Dillard say such a thing?
According to E!
Online, the husband of Jessa Duggar received his fair share of criticism from netizens. Many fans criticized Dillard for his tweet.
It ranges from questions asking why a grown man would have to throw shade at a teenage girl, saying Dillard was mean and that he is bullying and attacking a child. Other social media users addressed the network and asked why TLC is allowing this to happen. Another Twitter user even called the situation "hypocritical."
Now, there are some who gave their support to Derick Dillard, saying that it takes courage to be able to speak the "truth. On the other side, Jennings mentioned that although she personally experienced cyber-bullying from way back, she still continues to share her life story.
TLC did not issue any comments but 16-year-old star retweeted some netizens' statements against Dillard and herself said that she is used to this kind of bullying. For some reason, Derick Dillard, issued a tweet saying he has nothing against "him" (Jennings) but a Twitter user was quick to correct him, saying Jennings should be referred to as "her."
I want to be clear. I have nothing against him. I only have issue with the words and definitions being propagated here.

Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard, engagement ring photos
Meanwhile, In Touch Weekly reported that photos of Duggar and Dillard's engagement have been released.
Three years after the couple got engaged, the outlet gave "Counting On" fans a chance to look back into the couple's love story.
It can be recalled that Duggar and Dillard grew up together and lived just 45 minutes away from each other but were not able to really meet and know one other until December 2011. The couple's website published that neither Duggar nor Dillard remembers each other from when they were young.
Leading to their ever after, Dillard stopped by the Duggar residence with a caroling church group. Dillard then asked Duggar's father if Jessa could be his prayer partner. Jim Bob Duggar got to know Dillard and when he liked him, played cupid for the two.
The rest - after all, was history. Stay tuned for more updates about Jessa Duggar, Derick Dillard, and Jazz Jennings.
