Chris Pratt has appeared in full spirit as he finally stepped out in public during the Teen Choice Award following his split with Anna Faris which broke online last week. Apparently, it has been the first time for him to appear in the spotlight since he and his wife announced the end of their marriage. A report from E! News has confirmed that Pratt was seen in all smiles as he attended the event. He was seen exiting from his car and has even headed off to a church in Los Angeles.

Wedding ring

During the recent reports from E! News, it has been confirmed that Pratt was no longer seen wearing his wedding ring.

In fact, a previous report in July had also revealed that since then, the actor was no longer wearing a ring when he attended the red carpet premiere for "Ingrid goes West in Hollywood." To recall, Pratt and Faris have announced last week that both of them were legally separating after eight long years of being married.

In the recent message that the "Guardians of the Galaxy" actor has posted on Facebook, he revealed that he and his former wife have tried for a long time in working on their relationship. However, both of them just ended up disappointed. As of this time, the former couple is believed to have focused their time yet to their 4-year old son, Jack. The actor has also revealed that they wanted to keep their situation in private for the sake of their child.

Casual public appearance

It was exactly a week ago when Pratt and Faris confirmed their separation. Hence, the "Jurassic World" actor had left everyone surprised when he finally made his public appearance on Sunday. Apparently, it has been his first celebrity event to be attended without Faris. To recall, the former couple used to attend Teen Choice Awards together.

Pratt was reported to be nominated for “Choice MovieShip" for his performance in the "Guardians in the Galaxy Vol. 2" together with co-star Zoe Saldana.
