Blake Shelton has once again gushed about his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, after seeing her bikini bod during their recent getaway. Hollywood Life reported that the "God Gave Me You" crooner said that he even thinks that no one compares to his new girl, not even his ex-wife Miranda Lambert.
Shelton dishes on relationship with Stefani
The 42-year-old singer-songwriter specifically commended the No Doubt vocalist for how she has managed to stay fit even after giving birth to three children, whom she shares with estranged husband Gavin Rossdale.
"He can’t believe how insane her body looks for a mother of three pushing on hitting 50 in a few years," a source told Hollywood Life.
"Blake feels blessed to be with Gwen, whom he knows is the hottest chick of his dating career. As beautiful as Miranda is, Blake feels like Gwen is even sexier."
Blake Shelton even considered Gwen Stefani "way out of his league" but felt honored to be dating his "The Voice" co-judge. The country crooner even thinks that his girlfriend is just oozing with sexiness and that women like her should not exist in real life.
"Blake knows too that if you find yourself lucky enough to be dating someone like Gwen, you marry her. Gwen is marriage material for sure,” the insider told the publication.
Aside from speaking candidly about his new found love in Gwen Stefani, the "Came Here To Forget" crooner also commented on Miranda Lambert's recent interview, where she seemingly addressed what went wrong in her relationship with Blake Shelton.
Shelton wants Lambert to move on from their past
The former couple formally ended their marriage in 2015. In an interview to promote her "The Weight Of These Things" album, Miranda Lambert said she will no longer "take pain for granted" after what she has gone through. "I won’t look at things ever again in the same light, because different things in your life bring you to a deeper level with yourself," she explained.
Miranda Lambert also suggested that her fans should listen to her new album to know what happened in her failed marriage. After learning about this interview, Blake Shelton reportedly wished that his ex-wife would find happiness just like how he has found it in Gwen Stefani.
Although he does not want to make a big deal out of Miranda Lambert's interview, Blake Shelton said he would like it if both of them can finally move on from what happened between them in the past. “As much as he would like her not to talk about the divorce anymore, or at all, he respects that Miranda [Lambert] has to get over it in her way," an affiliate said.
