Kenya Moore recently surprised everyone by revealing that she had gotten married in a secret ceremony far away from Atlanta. On the previous season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” she was still sorting out her troubled relationship with her ex-boyfriend Matt Jordan. At the time, he had been verbally abusive towards her and she kept saying things that shocked viewers. He kept saying that he wanted to work things out but then displayed behavior that was truly unforgivable.
Kenya questioned whether or not she wanted to be the woman who was trapped in an abusive relationship or if she should shut the door on their relationship and move forward.
Even though she struggled with this on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” it sounds like she has found someone who truly makes her happy.
Kenya's new husband still a mystery
Kenya Moore decided to get married in a secret beach wedding to a man who no one really knows. As it turns out, they met one another in December of last year and they have been growing closer throughout the spring. After just six months of knowing each other, they decided to get married.
Because all of this happened when the show wasn't filming, no one really knows who this man is. One has to wonder if Kenya will even introduce him on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” when the show returns this fall. But it sounds like Kenya is in good spirits as she decided that she want to pay the joy of getting married forward to her fans.
Just weeks after getting married, Moore decided that she wanted to donate a wedding dress to a deserving fan. The fan didn't get her own wedding dress she had just worn it at her wedding. Instead, Kenya had two wedding dresses left over from her time on “Celebrity Apprentice.” She wanted to give the dresses to people who deserved and who needed a wedding dress for an upcoming wedding.
Kenya had received plenty of submissions but she revealed her winners this weekend and it sounds like they were thrilled.
Is she still on a honeymoon high from her wedding?
In her Instagram post where she revealed who the winner was, Kenya Moore also revealed that it had been tough for her to read through all of the submissions and that she wished she could give a wedding dress to all of the submissions that she had received.
Apparently, a lot of people are looking for a wedding dress in their efforts to plan a wedding.
No word on whether Kenya is returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” this season, but one can imagine she would want to return to the show because of her growing beauty empire. By being on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Kenya may be able to grow the business even more. This may be something her new husband appreciates, as he may have married a strong confident woman who knows how to make money and grow her empire.
