The Inquistr shared that Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson became very good friends since they started filming the “Fifty Shades of Grey” movie.
According to the news outlet, establishing a pleasant relationship with one another was the main reason why the pair won the hearts of many.
Playing the roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele is kind of challenging for both Dornan and Johnson especially as they are doing an erotic movie that requires a handful of steamy scenes. The “Fifty Shades Darker” actress has revealed that she really felt awkward doing the sensual parts but she managed to do it with the help of her leading man.
Dakota Johnson confessed that her friendship with Jamie Dornan was sort of '"forced" due to the erotic-theme of the trilogy. “I think we were kind of forced into being best friends… Thank God as well, because if we didn’t get along it would be really, really awful,” she said.
In a separate interview, Johnson also stated that Dornan is her dream leading man as he is very supportive of her. The actress added that she would treasure her friendship with her on-screen partner until her last breath.
Express UK also shared that Dakota Johnson respects Jamie Dornan, his wife, and their kids, saying that they are a perfect family.
The former ladylove of Matthew Hitt even said that she trusts her leading man very much, adding she could not effectively portray her character as Anastasia Steele without his help.
