Jake Paul just lost his gig with Disney Channel after he was accused of causing nuisance in his West Hollywood neighborhood. The 20-year-old Social Media Personality is best known for his viral videos which earned him over eight million followers in both his YouTube and Instagram accounts.

Disney Channel confirms exit of Jake Paul from 'Bizaardvark' series

His popularity in the cyber world got him a slot on Disney Channel's "Bizaardvark," where he was lined up for the main cast. Jake Paul played the role of Dirk Mann, who performs dare stunts requested by the viewers.

But after over a year of appearing in the series, the internet personality has cut his ties with Disney Channel, which was confirmed by the network in a statement.

“We’ve mutually agreed that Jake Paul will leave his role on the Disney Channel series "Bizaardvark." On behalf of the production company, the cast and crew, we thank Jake for his good work on the TV series for the past 18 months and extend our best wishes to him," the statement read as per Entertainment Weekly.

The announcement came after the California-based social media star's antics at home became a problem in the neighborhood. One of these acts allegedly include burning of furniture in his swimming pool. Jake Paul and his team reportedly broadcast his address, which led to a surge of fans around his neighborhood.

This has caused his neighbors to consider filing a public nuisance lawsuit against Jake Paul and his people.

The community, in a statement, suggested that Jake Paul and his team should be penalized for causing inconvenience among his neighbors. A resident even likened their neighborhood to a "war zone" ever since the social media personality brought his pranks to their area.

YouTube star fires back at critics

The YouTube star, on the other hand, acknowledged that his neighbors hate him and even exclaimed this standing on top of a local news van. “The neighbors hate me. I mean, but people like going to circuses, right?" he shouted.

After causing a scene in his West Hollywood residence, the former "Bizaardvark" cast returned to Twitter to continue his tirade against his neighbors and detractors.

In one of his posts, Jake Paul suggested that people should worry about more important issues instead of targeting him.

The YouTube star also released a statement on his departure from Disney Channel's "Bizaardvark" series and relayed his gratitude to the network and his fellow cast members.
