george clooney and his wife Amal were with their twin babies at their home in Lake Como, Italy when photographers from a French magazine, Voici, snapped photos of the family. The photos were taken without the couple's permission prompting George Clooney to slam the photographers who went onto their property to obtain photos of the babies.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Clooney said that the photographers from Voici magazine “scaled our fence, climbed our tree and illegally took picture of our infants.” That is why he assured that these individuals will be “prosecuted to the full extent of the law” because the safety of their children comes first.
What the photos showed
The photos have been making rounds online and were in the cover of Voici magazine’s latest edition. It showed the first-time parents holding the twins. The photos were blurry but it was evident that it captured Clooney and his wife. This is also the first time the twins were photographed since the couple has not shared any photos of their babies on their social media platforms.
Sources claim Clooney considering to increase security
After photographers of Voici magazine sneaked into the property of the Clooneys in Italy, sources said that the actor felt terrified because his children’s safety was threatened. Insiders claimed that aside from pressing charges against these photographers, he now wants to increase security in order to assure that his family is protected.
He is reportedly more protective now that the twins are here.
According to Hollywood Life, Clooney is not only planning to revamp his security in Lake Como but also in the other properties he owns. He has five homes in different parts of the world and he wants to change his security plan for all of them. Being a father changed his perspective that is why he reportedly wants a better security team.
The twins, Ella and Alexander, one-and-a-half-months-old, were born on June 6. Clooney is reportedly thinking of the worst case scenarios that could happen to his kids if he will not revamp security in his properties. Sources further claimed that Clooney does not care how much it would cost him as he is ready to spend as much in order to assure such incident will never happen again.
The babies and Amal are doing well more than a month after she delivered them. They are healthy and happy. Clooney is yet to comment on the reports regarding his plan to increase security in his properties.
