By the mere look of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 Episode 3 preview teaser, we can say without a doubt that this episode is going to be spectacular and action-packed. After a little bit of a slow start the season had in its premiere, things slightly improved in episode 2 when we saw the epic Sea Battle in the last 10 minutes of the episode.
Episode 3 is titled "The Queen's Justice," and will have the runtime of 63 minutes. Official synopsis states the following: "Daenerys holds court. Cersei returns a gift. Jaime learns from his mistakes." So without further ado, let's see what we can expect from this episode judging by its official promo.
The episode airs on Sunday, July 30th. You can watch the official promo below.
King's Landing
Following his victory at Sea, Euron Greyjoy is parading the streets of King's Landing and the people are welcoming him as a true hero. In the last episode, we saw Euron finally becoming what the actor who plays him said - a villain worse than Ramsey and Joffrey. That's why it looks a little odd that he is getting such a warm welcome like some kind of a hero would. But as George R. R. Martin put it: "Every villain is a hero in his own story."
In this scene, he is definitely bringing a gift or two to Queen Cersei as we see him bow to her later in the promo. We can only imagine what the "Mad Queen" will do to Ellaria Sand as she was the one who gave the kiss of death to her daughter Myrcella.
Speaking of Cersei, she also features in the promo saying to someone that the war has already begun and that she drew the first blood.
Casterly Rock
The epic Sea Battle from the last episode was just a beginning because in "The Queen's Justice" we can see the glimpses of yet another battle. The battle will take place at Casterly Rock, the ancestral seat of House Lannister between the Lannister and Tarly forces on one side and the Unsullied army on another.
The castle is well-known for its impregnability, but as we can see, the Unsullied army was able to storm the gates. This is probably Tyrion's doing as he grew up in this castle and was also in charge of the sewer system.
Dragonstone
After a couple of shots of Daenerys looking concerned, dragons flying over the castle and Tyrion saying how Cersei will be ready, we finally see Jon Snow and Daenerys in the same room.
It looks like the show wasted no time as Jon Snow and Davos will arrive on Dragonstone just an episode after they took the trip. However, this should come as no surprise as "Game of Thrones" already had characters traveling at a fast pace before.
