The cast of Game of Thrones attended the San Diego Comic-Con this week. HBO revealed a new teaser clip for the said series, showcasing the different highlights in the upcoming episodes.

‘GoT’ Season 7 reveals ‘weeks ahead’ preview

HBO unveiled a new trailer for the seventh season of “Game of Thrones” at the recently held San Diego Comic-Con. The latest teaser revealed previews of what’s in store for this season.

The minute-long preview covers several various highlights in the show, giving fans a further glimpse of the forming alliances and returning characters.

The Red Priestess Melisandre finally reappears and tells Daenerys that she and another character have important roles to play.

Melisandre is speculated to be the reason why Jon Snow and Daenerys’ alliance pushes through. While having to deal with the White Walkers, Daenerys’ army is also seen charging into what seems to be King’s Landing.

Cersei looks like she will be teaming up with Randyll Tarly, who is Samwell’s father. Aside from that, it seems like Euron succeeded in getting the queen’s favor as he gallops around King’s Landing with people cheering him on.

Fans might actually see a Cersei and Euron wedding after all. Meanwhile, the Lannisters and their allies are clearly preparing for war as scenes of an army bearing of the sigil of House Lannister were revealed.

Little Finger is still as devilish as always, spouting more ideas to convince Sansa to become as ambitious as him. The only character who can actually see the big picture is Davos since he warns people that unless the houses unite against the one true enemy, all of them will die.

“Game of Thrones” season 7 promises to be as intimate as its previous seasons.

Several steamy scenes of various pairs were revealed and it seems like the lust between Cersei and Jaime hasn’t fizzled out yet.

Hodor joins cast in ‘Game of Thrones’ SDCC panel

The SDCC 2017 panel for the popular show included actors Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark), Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm), John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth), Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), and Conleth Hill (Varys).

Actor Kristian Nairn, who portrayed the character of Hodor, appeared as special guest host for the panel.

Executive producers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff did not attend this year’s San Diego Comic-Con. Author of the “Game of Thrones” novels, George R.R. Martin seemed to be busy these days as he also skipped the event.
