"Days Of Our Lives" comings and goings for the current week reveal that one character will leave the NBC Soap Opera, while two other characters will make their return. The drama is really heating up on "DOOL" and fans have already been loving the shows written by the soap's new head writer, Ron Carlivati. Now, some more character shuffling is coming. Here's what you can expect this week.
So long, Dario Hernandez
According to Soap Hub, "Days of our Lives" fans will be saying goodbye to Hernandez. As many fans already know, actor Jordi Vilasuso will be leaving the role very soon, and his exit storyline will be fun to watch.
The actor finally spoke out on the rumors that Dario would be leaving "DOOL," saying that he wanted to talk about his exit for awhile, but out of "respect and love for the show" he kept quiet about his departure.
However, he revealed that he had a great time working the soap, where he debuted in 2016. Jordi added that all of his co-workers were a "pleasure" to worth with and that he was brought a lot of "joy" during his time on the show.
Xander's back
Meanwhile, two former characters will be showing their faces again this week on "Days of our Lives." Actor Paul Telfer will return yet again as Xander. He'll share scenes with John and Paul on Monday as the father and son try to find out any information that could possibly help Paul's love, Sonny Kiriakis, get out of jail and not face the charges currently in front of him for murdering his uncle, Deimos Kiriakis.
John and Paul are hoping that they'll be able to break open the case and set Sonny free, and that Xander may have some information that could help them.
Bonnie Lockhart's ready to stir up some trouble
Another exciting "Days of our Lives" return will be the homecoming of Bonnie Lockhart. As many "DOOL" fans will remember, Bonnie, who is the mother of former character Patrick and Mimi Lockhart, was played by Judi Evans while the character of Adrienne Kiriakis was not appearing on the show.
Bonnie met Mickey after the "death" of his wife, Maggie, and the two hit it off and eventually got married. However, when it was revealed that Maggie wasn't really dead, Mickey and Bonnie divorced and went their separate ways. Bonnie was known for being a wild, free spirit, and often entertaining.
Her return means that Judi Evans will be pulling double duty as Bonnie and Adrienne.
Bonnie will be working with Angelica and Hattie in the latest scheme to take down prominent Salem citizens such as Adrienne, Jennifer, and Marlena. "Days of our Lives" fans seem to be in for a wild ride with these three ladies on the loose.
