Last December, it was announced that Selena Gomez will be the new face of brand Coach. Now, the beautiful singer and actress has finally starred in her very first campaign with the fashion brand. With the release of Coach's #Fall 2017 campaign comes the fresh images for Selena’s new endorsement as well. The campaign images show the singer and actress showing off bags, coats and dresses, while looking effortlessly beautiful.
Selena is not the only famous name in the campaign. Coach's Fall 2017 campaign is a star-studded one. The whole campaign was shot by the legendary photographer Steven Meisel and make-up was by Pat McGrath.
The first three photos of the first set released by the brand features Selena sitting elegantly in a vintage red 1976 Plymouth Fury. She portrays the image of a girl who is about to embark on a road trip. The new Fall 2017 collection photos also featured new bag designs with a classic vintage feel.
Selena uses the brand personally
It is very clear that Selena is excited to join the famous brand. She also revealed during her interview with Daily Mail that Coach is her choice when she made her first big designer splurges. Selena also mentioned that the fashion brand is a must-have in her hometown, Texas. She remembered saving money so she and her cousin Priscilla could buy matching wallets.
The creative director of Coach, Stuart Vevers, is happy to have her as their muse.
Vevers described Selena as a warm and charming person. He thinks that Selena is about authencity and ease that is why the whole Coach team made a connection. Vevers is excited for people to see a different side of Selena. He, along with the Coach team, is excited to see what the fans of the star will think about it. Fans of Selena Gomez are known to be very vocal about their queen.
Compared with other fans, #Selenators, as her fans call themselves, are nice.
Will Selena release her own line with Coach?
Coach is known to collaborate with different icons. It will come as no surprise if the fashion brand releases a "Coach X Selena" line. Coach, however, has not officially announced any design collaboration other than announcing Selena as their new spokesperson and muse.
According to Selena's tweet, she is excited to be part of the vision and the family of Coach. She is very honored to design with Stuart Vevers. Collaborating with Coach other than posing for their shoes, bags, and clothes might also be included in the list of Selena's already long resume.
