Kim Kardashian, one of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, announced that she will now venture towards beauty line as she is set to launch her products under the name KKW (Kim Kardashian-West) Beauty. Her younger sister, Kylie Jenner, is reportedly okay with the new competition and Kardashian herself noted that it is fair game since they offer different products.

A source said that Kardashian is quite competitive against all her sisters. She reportedly joked that Jenner stole her look, so it is just fair that she will come at her by announcing her new beauty line.

Jenner, on the other hand, is just working even harder for her business.

Kardashian is known for her taste in contour make-ups, and many of her fans have requested that she launch her beauty line. During the Forbes Women’s Summit last week, she announced that she is ready to accede to her fans’ requests. Aside from the beauty line, she will also have her own fragrance.

Collaboration with Kylie Cosmetics stepping stone in creating beauty line

The 36-year-old mom-of-two felt like she would make it big in the beauty business after her collaboration with her younger sister was met with an overwhelming number of consumers. The KKW by Kylie Cosmetics crème lipstick came out last April. Three hundred thousand of the collaboration, which caused $45 per kit, sold out in just minutes after it was made available in the market.

The sales reached $13.5 million.

Kardashian will now partner with Seed Beauty, a manufacturer based in Oxnard, California. Kardashian promised of her new beauty line, “We have a really good general idea of what our customer is going to be like. We are prepared for the demand.

Experts believe KKW beauty line will generate $14.4 million in minutes

Sources claim that the KKW Beauty line, specifically the Creme Contour & Highlight Kit, which will cost $48 each, will generate around $14.4 million. The kit is also expected to sell in just minutes. The kit includes two creamy dual-ended shading, highlighting sticks, a kabuki brush and a beauty sponge.

Kardashian said during her Vogue phone interview that her kit is unique since it has all four shades- light, medium, dark and deep dark. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star said she had not seen any other kits that offer the same things she and her team came up with.

Kylie Cosmetics and KKW are as famous as L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, P&G, Unilever and the like. KKW Beauty will officially be out in the market by June 21.
