Khloe Kardashian doesn’t just spend most of her days working out, she also has a strict dieting plan that’s giving her all the nutrition she needs to look healthy and lean.

The reality star’s nutritionist, Dr. Philip Goglia, told Healthista that looking like Khloe Kardashian isn’t that challenging so long as one has the determination and drive to not only stick to a workout plan but also dedicate to a food plan that consists of vitamins and protein.

Goglia explains that Khloe Kardashian eats roughly seven meals a day, excluding the snacks which she will eat throughout the day to keep her body feeling energized and full at all times.

After a long workout, Philip stresses that it’s important to feed the muscles, and Eating seven meals becomes crucial towards achieving the toned look.

Working out has changed her life

With the seven meals comes plenty of water and a great amount of vegetables and fruits, which Khloe Kardashian eats at any given time of the day.

As for protein, aside from the chicken and fish that Khloe Kardashian eats she also goes the protein powder route and adds that to her shakes which she drinks before and after her workout. Khloe’s favorite is adding whey protein to almond butter and fruits — it’s almost like a sweet treat, but healthy.

Celebrity Laundry writes that for her fourth meal of the day, Khloe eats "a cup of celery or one cup of tomatoes with 12 almonds on the side."

Khloe Kardashian is also said to be a huge fan of eating rice, which is how she gets most of her carbohydrates.

While she’s known to stay away from anything that’s not organic, as long as she meets her daily calorie intake and continues to stay on her balanced diet, she’s totally fine with that.

Maintaining her beautiful curves hasn't been easy for Khloe Kardashian, especially with her busy work schedule, but she’s adjusted to it nicely and even mentions that when it becomes more of a routine, she switches things up to push herself even further.

There's no denying that Khloe has dedicated the majority of the past three years to a healthier lifestyle. It's been reported that the reality star plans to release her own workout DVD in the next months, hoping that it will inspire people to get healthy and fit ahead of summer, which Khloe says is the time everyone wants to look great.
