Just when we thought "Game of Thrones" couldn’t get bloodier, we’re warned to beware of what Season 7 has to offer. We’ve seen some extremely grotesque acts carried out in "Game of Thrones" by some of the most ruthless villains in the history of television.

After the end of Season 6, most fans called for a new villain to carry the legacy forward. Wondering who’s going to replace Ramsay Bolton as the most blood-thirsty villain in the show? Actor Pilou Asbaek has dropped one of the most frightening spoilers about the next season, saying we haven’t seen anything yet; his character, Euron Greyjoy is apparently going to be the most terrifying villain Westeros has ever seen.

A bit about Euron Greyjoy

Euron Greyjoy was first seen on the show in season six as Balon Greyjoy’s younger brother. He goes on to murder his own brother to claim the Salt Throne for himself. According to actor Pilou Asbaek, the new villain is going to make Ramsay Bolton look like a “little kid,” as reported by Empire magazine.

After the epic death of Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon), who was fed to his own hounds by his wife Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), "Game of Thrones" fans have been wondering who’s going to be in charge of all the evil deeds in season 7. Now we have our answer and it sounds like we're in for a scary season.

It looks like we’re set to see all kinds of ungodly deeds in the next season of "Game of Thrones," making all previous villains pale in comparison to the new bad guy.

We thought King Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) was evil but Ramsay Bolton turned out to be an even worse villain.

Can Euron Greyjoy really be worse than Ramsay Bolton? Let’s see; Ramsay not only murdered his own baby brother and father, he also fed his victims to his dogs and skinned a lot of people. He was a mass murderer and a sadistic rapist who took delight in seeing other people in pain.

But according to actor Pilou Asbaek, who spoke to Empire Magazine, his character is going to be even worse. How worse exactly, we don't know. We will, however, find out when the new season is finally released this summer.

Season 7 release date

For all those who can’t wait for the next season, GoT Season 7 will hit the TV screens on HBO at 9:00 p.m ET on Sunday, the 16th of July in the United States and on Sky Atlantic on Monday, the 17th of July at 2:00 a.m in the United Kingdom and again at 9 pm the same day if you’re unable to watch it at late night.

Here’s hoping that Euron Greyjoy lives up to the hype.
