In fact, once the act was over Simon had not quite had enough entertainment from the talented comedian. He requested one more joke from Preacher. There was an evident "oh no!" feeling from the audience as their new favorite act was caught unexpectedly by judge Simon Cowell. However, there was little to be feared. Preacher Lawson graced the judges with a spur of the moment ad-lib revealing an insight into his relationship with his grandmother as he poked fun at her driving and overly religious nature.
