"Bachelor in Paradise" is currently under suspension after Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson's alleged misconduct on the set. It was revealed on Sunday that the newest installment of the dating program would be delayed due to an incident that compelled one of the producers to file a complaint to investigate the behavior of these two contestants while filming for the program in Mexico.
What happened in Puerta Vallarta?
A source revealed the contestants were having a fun night upon their arrival in Mexico to film the new season of "Bachelor in Paradise." Each participant was "trying to make connections" with each other while enjoying a drink.
Things heated up when Corinne Olympios allegedly joined DeMario Jackson in the pool, where they started talking and laughing before the two became intimate.
"Next thing you know, Corinne comes over and hops on his lap. They start talking and joking," a source revealed. "Everyone is just going about their business. Cameras are rolling. Producers are everywhere."
The said behavior of the two contestants caught the attention of a producer, who allegedly "felt uncomfortable" with Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson's alleged misconduct. The persons involved were immediately sent home after the incident, while others are also requested to remain at home while an investigation is being conducted.
What's the real deal between Corinne and DeMario?
Another version of the story claimed the two contestants were allegedly asked by the producers to hook up for entertainment. It can be recalled that Corinne Olympios had a controversial journey on Nick Viall's "The Bachelor," while DeMario Jackson was kicked out in the early stage of "The Bachelorette" for having a relationship outside of the show.
Reports stated their alleged misconduct involved "intense rubbing, touching and fingering," which all happened while the cameras were rolling. These allegations, however, were denied by another source who insisted that the two did not engage in sexual intercourse due to alcohol.
In fact, the male contestant reportedly said that all is well between him and Corrine Olympios the following day.
After they were sent home, DeMario Jackson has been communicating with the female participant after getting a hold of her on social media. He clarified that there is no tension between them after the controversy came out. Meanwhile, cast members of "Bachelor in Paradise" were spotted at an airport in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico, on Sunday.
