‘Everything, Everything’ – the movie

“Everything, Everything” is scheduled to be released on May 19, 2017. This romantic drama is directed Stella Meghie and scripted by J. Mills Goodloe, based on a 2015 novel of the same name by Nicola Yoon.

“Everything, Everything” is a joint project of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Warner Bros. Principal photography started in October 2016 in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and Istanbul.

Previously, “Everything, Everything” was scheduled for August 18, 2017, but the studio moved forward the date to May 19 to avoid competition with other mega-budget Hollywood films.

Amandla Stenberg as an actress

Born in October 1998, Amandla Stenberg plays the leading character in this movie. She rose to prominence as Rue in “The Hunger Games.” She is a daughter of African-American couple, Tom Stenberg and Karen Brailsford. She received her first modeling assignment at the age of 14 and did catalog shoots for Disney.

Amandla then appeared in television commercials for Boeing. In 2011, she made an appearance in the first feature film, “Colombiana,” as the young version of Zoe. She was also cast in “Rio 2,” “Sleepy Hollow,” “Where Hands Touch,” and “Mr.

Robinson.”

In 2015, the actress was signed to play the main character in Stella Meghie’s romance, “Everything, Everything.” Speaking about her character, Stenberg reveals that it is not an easy job. For the first time, she is playing the leading role in a mega-budget movie.

Back in 2013, she performed on the violin and used to sing at LA venues alongside Zander Hawley. Nowadays, she has no time for singing and is focused on her acting career. The British Dazed magazine named Stenberg as one of the most incredible young ladies to date.

In addition to her acting and singing career, Stenberg is an author of the famous comic book, Niobe: She is Life, which was published in December 2015.
