Kandi Burruss is happy that her name has finally been cleared on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”. For a long time, she kept saying that her co-stars Phaedra Parks and Porsha Williams were making up rumors about her. However, it was hard to believe her because there was no evidence.
But on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion, Kandi's name was finally cleared when Porsha caught Phaedra in a lie, hinting that she had been lying the entire time about her regarding the accusation that Kandi wanted to drug Porsha for the sake of having sex with her.
Viewers want to see Phaedra fired from the show
After the reunion aired, many viewers called for Phaedra Parks to be fired from the show because they didn't appreciate how she was making up rumors for the sake of ratings. Parks knows that ratings are influenced by the drama that is happening, especially if the rumors on the show are indeed true.
When she was caught in a lie, fans felt that she was lying just for the sake of creating unnecessary drama. These days, Kandi is now reaching out to Andy Cohen on social media, as she may be trying to show him some support during an intense decision time for the producers of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”.
The problem that the producers for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” are facing is whether to keep Phaedra on the show.
It is possible that she broke her contract with Bravo. It will be interesting to see what they decide, but Parks has revealed that everything happens for reason and she has no desire to issue an apology. She would rather remain silent.
Could Parks face legal troubles over libel?
Of course, she works as a lawyer so she may realize what kind of trouble she's in without opening up about the details of the Bravo contract.
Either way, Kandi wants to keep her relationship with Andy Cohen positive and happy, so she decided to show him some support on social media.
"I'm so excited for you Andy Cohen! You continue to inspire me. Everybody make sure to tune into #Love Connection at 9 EDT on FOX!" Kandi wrote to Andy recently on Instagram.
While this sucking up may not work on Andy as he doesn't really have an influence in who gets fired or hired, it may just help create some loyalty should Kandi need it.
Parks, on the other hand, remains silent.
