While Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck’s divorce is still ongoing, the 44-year-old actor is now ready to move into a new house. In fact, a truck and some removal men were seen at the ex-couple shared home to get all his stuff and move into his new address.
Although the 45-year-old actress and the “Live by Night” star have announced their split in June 2015, he stayed living at the guest house of their family’s home in Los Angeles. This continued even though they already filed for Divorce on April 13, 2017.
Ex-couple to stay amicable for kids
A source close to Garner and Affleck told People that the two want to make sure that their three kids, Violet (11), Seraphina Rose Elizabeth (8), and Samuel (5), are all comfortable with their setup.
In fact, the “Justice League” actor’s new home is just nearby from their family abode. This is an effort of the two’s plan to consider the sake of their children.
“He’s moving fairly close by and it’s all in step with what they’ve always said,” a source revealed. And although the actor-filmmaker is already moving out, the “Alias” protagonist and her estranged husband agreed that she and their kids will stay in their family home.
In spite of their separation, the “Daredevil” stars promised to put their sole attention to make their relationship as good as possible for their children. “It’s all about what’s best for them,” the insider added.
Evidently, no matter what happens, Garner and Affleck will always have a special bond because of their kids.
As a matter of fact, although they are already separated, they still have so much love for each other; so deep that no one could ever break it.
Moreover, TMZ claimed that Affleck is now seeing somebody else and already moved on from his separation with Garner. However, it seems like he still has to wait for a long while for their divorce to pursue.
This is because of the total amount of the property the two shares that will make the process of their legal separation a little slow. Also, as they haven’t signed the prenuptial agreements, this will also have an effect to make the procedure lengthier.
Meanwhile, after their controversial divorce news little did everybody know that the “Argo” star is battling alcohol addiction in a rehab.
In a Facebook post, Affleck revealed that he already completed the treatment for his addiction. He said that this is something that he has been dealing for quite a while now will continue to face until it is gone.
He also said that the reason why he wanted to cure his addiction is to live life his life to the fullest and be the best father that he can be. He also wanted his kids to see that it is not a crime to ask for someone’s help if they need to and be an inspiration for everyone who is afraid to go to a rehab. He, then, gave his gratitude to his family and friends, especially to his co-parent Garner for supporting and looking after their kids.
