The filmmaker is currently busy with the shooting of his mega-budget movie “The Predator.”
Shane Black shared several new photos from the film set last night. He says that the filming is being done in Vancouver, and soon the whole team will travel to France to shoot several action sequences.
As the movie is set for summer 2018, it’s too early to get full-length teaser trailers, but Shane frequently uploads new posters on the official Twitter to create excitement among fans.
‘The Predator’ – a science fiction film
“The Predator” is one of the most anticipated films.
Shane is serving as the director and co-producer, while Fred Dekker has penned its story.
“The Predator” is the fourth installment in the “Predator” franchise, following “Predator 1,” “Predator 2,” and “Predator 3.”
The cast includes Olivia Munn, Boyd Holbrook, Keegan-Michael, Trevante Rhodes, Sterling Brown, Thomas Jane, and Jacob Tremblay. The film is scheduled to be released on August 3, 2018, by 20th Century Fox. There’re rumors that either Selena Gomez or Gal Gadot will play the role of a female villain, but nothing is confirmed.
Pre-production being carried out
In January 2014, Robert Rodriguez stated that he’s interested in a sequel, with Adrien Brody reprising his role from the previous film.
After five months, Fox officially announced that the sequel would be released in 2018, with John Davis and Fred Dekker serving as producers.
