Caitlyn Jenner graced “Good Morning America” on Monday and talked about her controversial Memoir “The Secrets of My Life.” To recall, Kris Jenner reacted on her ex-husband’s claims about their marriage on an episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
Apparently, the relationship that the 67-year-old patriarch had with her kids, and former wife got affected by her revelations. She also revealed that it all started when she came out of the closet.
Kris, Caitlyn now fine
Caitlyn claimed that Kris knew her real gender identity even before her transition in 2015.
The 61-year-old momager, on the other hand, asserted that everything her ex-spouse said is “all made up.” The mother-of-six added that she’s making it looked like that she is the bad one; the villain in their romance.
"I feel like the book is extraordinarily honest. It is my perspective,” the retired decathlete said. She even described that there would be different opinions coming when writing a memoir. She also added that a lot of her friends know the truth, the things she has been through, and the real situation.
However, although the matriarch seemed furious, Caitlyn said that they are now fine as the initial already moved on. She even insisted that it is just because of the reality show; thus it has to have drama.
But, she still felt sorry for that she had to feel that way. She even described her former spouse as a good person as they have shared “23 great years” together raising their kids.
Caitlyn’s relationship with her kids
Caitlyn and Kris had two kids together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner. She, too, helped to raise her children with Robert Kardashian – Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian.
But, when she underwent the transition, she revealed that her relationship with everyone has been entirely different.
She explained that she was hoping for the best when the change happened. In fact, it is even better as her kids understand what she has been through, although she is now much closer to others than she is to some.
“But that's always in a relationship," she assured.
She even revealed that she doesn’t much time with her kids now compared before. She explained that she doesn’t see them now like she used to see them before. She is not sure if it is because of her transition or they are just all busy. But, she is still thankful that she has raised them well.
From the very start, Caitlyn advised them to be smart, to be entrepreneurs, and treat this business well. Now, they are all spreading their wings, have their own kids, family, and all successful. As a matter of fact, she now has 11 grandchildren.
