The trailer of "The Fate Of The Furious", the eighth instalment in the much celebrated 'Fast and Furious' franchise was released on March 09, 2017, and within hours of its release, it has emerged as the top trending video on YouTube. As expected, this newly released trailer features vin diesel doing some dare devil stunts along with Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Charlize Theron and Kurt Russell.

The film directed by F. Gary Gray and produced by Neal H. Moritz has a running time of 160 minutes.

The worst nightmare of car hacking

The three-minute trailer clearly gives an outline on the storyline of "Fate of the Furious". Here, we have Cipher (Charlize Theron), a criminal mastermind who takes control of a city’s worth of cars, raining them down from the buildings to the streets and thus creating chaos all around.

Cipher also seduces Dom to be a part of her gang, and this badly affects the Furious team. At this moment of emergency, Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) along with other members of the "Furious" team takes charge and prepares a plan to gun down the evil Cipher.

What follows next in the trailer is some high-voltage action scenes, and at one moment, things went a little over the board as Dwayne Johnson is seen hanging out of a speeding tank to redirect a speeding torpedo with his bare hands.

In the trailer, we can witness explosions, fast wheeling cars, intense fight scenes, and melodrama which are considered to be the trademark elements in films of this franchise. In the end, the trailer is set in the backdrop of frozen tundra, and the visuals shot here is literally mind-blowing.

The never-ending family sentiments

The word 'family' is being used three times in the first 45 seconds of the trailer. As Dom is now on the evil side, the audience are quite eager to know whether the Furious team will once again unite as a family or revolve around Diesel.

Directed by F. Gary Gray, "Fate of the Furious" will have its theatrical release on April 14, 2017.
