Sony Pictures recently dropped the new teaser poster of the upcoming “Spider-Man: Homecoming” following the release of “Justice League” trailer. The photo art gave a glimpse of a very chill Peter Parker (Tom Holland) in his superhero costume while resting by the river.
The photo was shared on the film’s official Twitter page featuring the Avenger’s tower. True to the protagonist’s personality, it is colorful, hip and young. One can even sense his humor as he is seen wearing a yellow jacket.
Dissecting the film’s poster
It has been said that Parker will be saving a lot of people out of Queens, far from Manhattan and not only in New York.
Hence, there is a river that can be seen in the picture depicting the distance between him and his city.
He, too, is seen wearing a yellow jacket that symbolizes his connection to the Midtown High School Science Team. In fact, Amazon is now selling t-shirts that have the Science Team logo.
Of course, the headphones also symbolize something that is linked to his laziness. Everyone knows that Parker is still a teenager in “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” thus it is very understandable to see him in his headphones while relaxing.

The film’s plotline, stars, and other features
In “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” the role of Parker is going to be portrayed by the 20-year-old Holland.
Here, fans will see his teenage life while fighting the crimes in the city using his superpowers, thanks to the spider’s bite.
But as Spider-Man is still young in this film, he still has to attend school and other activities; balancing his life between homework, relationship and his superhero responsibilities. Here, he has to face his new villain, AdrianToomes or also known as The Vulture played by Michael Keaton.
Continuing his experience with the Avengers, the new Spider-Man movie is directed by Jon Watts. He, too, will be mentored by one of the superhero leaders’ Tony Stark (Rober Downey Jr.), AKA Ironman, helping him out to embrace his new paladin identity.
Other stars that will be seen in the film are Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. The film is set to be released on July 7.
