HBO has a special offering to its viewers

Lian Cunningham gagged that he has been disappointing people with the delay of “Game of Thrones” Season 7. “It was meant to come out in April. It’s July now, I think,” he told the publication. But, HBO knows how to make it up with its fans with a new offering.

The “Clash of the Titans” star revealed that something unexpected is about to happen in the epic fantasy series. “There’s going to be a launch and something special happening this year for the premiere,” he teased. ‘Game of Thrones’ Season 7 to collaborate with Major League Baseball teams for cross-promotion

Meanwhile, HBO is set to collaborate with 19 Major League Baseball teams to promote “Game of Thrones” Season 7. “We’ve had a longstanding partnership with HBO,” league’s EVP of Business Noah Garden said. In fact, the cross-promotional partnership is something the MLB “could do on a much larger scale” compared with their team up with Disney’s Marvel and “Star Wars.”

Garden added that there will be “a tremendous amount of tie-ins, not to mention what’s going to happen locally with each club.” However, it is not yet revealed how they will specifically promote the television series, but fans can expect to see new collectibles, co-branded merchandise, and ticket packages. Also, there will be giveaways, theme nights and social media events.
