Tuesday night, Gabbie Hanna's feud with fellow YouTuber RiceGum suddenly turned dangerous. The 26-year-old social media star claimed on her SnapChat account that she was attacked after she challenged RiceGum to a battle at party.
Backstory
RiceGum currently has 5,300,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel and is primarily known for "roasting" other Internet creators. On May 13, 2016, RiceGum uploaded a video where he went after Gabbie and her content.
In the video, the 20-year-old takes shots at Gabbie's facial appearance, voice, and YouTube videos.
RiceGum also called The Gabbie show a joke thief, which is an allegation that's been thrown at her since early 2016. After his video aired, Gabbie released a response on her own channel. Her video currently has 3 million views and he has 7 million.
Gabbie's Snapchat
Earlier in the night, Gabbie told her Snapchat following that she wanted to challenge Ricegum to a live rap battle. We then see Gabbie approach Ricegum and challenge him. In the videos, Ricegum appears to be laughing at the request. However, later on, Gabbie returns to her Snapchat and says that Ricegum hit her for approaching him.
"Okay, so update, sorry if it looks like I'm crying. Ricegum didn't think that joke was very funny and he hit me in the middle of a party and shattered my phone, I can show you that in a sec.
I'm standing out on the balcony so that it doesn't, like, make a scene. He literally, like, everybody's like, "did he hit you?" and I was like, "yeah, he did." And my phone is broken, the screen is broken, the back camera is broken, so I need to get a new phone."
Reaction
RiceGum has yet to respond to Gabbie's allegations, but fellow YouTubers have already started chiming in.
if you publicly make a video making fun of someone then you should be able to handle jokes back IRL, don't turn to VIOLENCE. I'm disgusted.

Lawsuit?
The Gabbie Show has yet to disclose whether or not she plans to take legal action.
In her Snapchat story, Gabbie states that she wants to be reimbursed for her shattered phone. She also claims that she has eyewitnesses who saw what happened to her. RiceGum has yet to respond at all.
