It doesn't help when Hollywood Life helped spread the plastic surgery rumors without doing their research first. They claimed that she posted a photo of herself in a chair while getting lip injections. They also noted that Cotillard also looks shocked by her sudden transformation. An inside source told Gossip Cop, who is close to the actress, that she did not plump up her lips for the role. The outlet was told Cotillard's lips are actually prosthetics and "pertain to her character's look towards the end of the film."
In the other photos, she's seen wearing a plaid top with a red camisole.
