Oops...Britney Spears is moving again! The pop princess sold her Spanish-style home for a whopping $7 million. The Thousand Oaks mansion was built seven years ago and was recently listed at $7.459 million under Rami Elminoufi of BCB Estates. Spears bought the resort-style home five years ago from retired hockey player Russ Courtnall and his wife Paris Vaughan. According to the LA Times, the property came on the market at $8.5 million and the home's digital footprint was erased under the Multiple Listing Service.

Inside Britney Spears' former home

The luxurious home is cuddled between the Santa Monica Mountains and Lake Sherwood Country Club. So, what does $7 million dollars get you these days? Britney Spears enjoyed the home's five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The home features three wings; master, children, and one for your loved ones that just so happen to be spending the night. The master bedroom has a his-and-her bathroom. The new homeowners will get to unwind in their new Jacuzzi and spa shower. The new residents can Netflix and chill in their home theater and have two islands in the kitchen to cook up a storm. The mansion also has a wine cellar. The new property owners can take their wine and enjoy the 180-degree views of the mountains.

The views are paired perfectly with the infinity pool that sits on the 1.4 acre property.

Britney Spears still has property in Thousand Oaks, California

The 35-year-old pop star isn't saying goodbye to Thousand Oaks just yet. Britney Spears owns another home that packs a punch. The mansion was developed by Rocky Balboa himself.

Actors Sylvester Stallone and Bruce Willis originally developed the home. She bought the home for $7.4 million back in 2015. The Vegas headliner and mama of two bought the Italian villa-style home for $95,000 under asking price according to the Los Angeles Times. The 21-acre crib has 35-foot tall ceilings, an elevator, wine cellar, and tennis court. Just like the home she just sold, her current home also has an infinity pool.
