With the new update of "Pokemon GO," several phones suddenly closed the application. Reports have come out about user complaints, dissatisfied with the malfunction of their smartphones, after having received the latest updates of "Pokemon GO" -- especially the most recent update of the second Pokemon generation. There is no doubt that the new changes in the application made by Niantic are great. That said, the application has been known to have issues in the past. When the application was first launched by Niantic in the summer of 2016, there were numerous server crashes and users in different parts of the world that were unable to access the application properly.
Eventually, the bugs were fixed as the game was unveiled in different parts of the world, however, like most games, it seems that, with every new release and/or update, there will always be new bugs and kinks to work through. It seems that this latest issue is an example of such, but, hopefully it's an issue that will be resolved very soon.
The new changes in the game
The truth is that after the release of the new version, which includes improvements and new additions, in addition to the 80 new Pokemon of the second generation, several phones are obsolete and can no longer run the application. But, what will happen with those phones? Well, according to a source close to Niantic, the users that have these phones can continue using the application, but not with the new changes released by Niantic.
