Britney Spears showed a little too much skin during her Las Vegas residency show Wednesday night as she experienced a wardrobe malfunction. The 35-year-old's leotard fell off, revealing a little extra off her chest.

She reacted to the mishap with the highest degree of professionalism, continuing to dance and hitting every dance move to perfection while her staff figured the situation out. Many took out their smartphones to save the image before Spears could recover, proving that we live in a society where everyone is trying to garner attention or an easy buck by exploiting their favorite celebrity.

Nevertheless, the singer proved she's still at the peak of her powers as she completed the rest of the show without a hitch.

The "Baby One More Time" artist's new album

It's been nearly two decades since Britney Spears burst onto the scene with her hit song "Baby One More Time," which made her the queen of pop in the late 1990s and early 2000s. The singer is now on her ninth studio album titled "Glory," which is still performing very well, selling 110,000 album-equivalent sales in the first week of its release, with 88,000 of these copies coming from pure sales.

Spears began promoting the album last summer with the energetic dance song "Make Me..." She immortalized the song in a segment of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" where she snuck into his house in the middle of the night with Kimmel's wife's help, and pranked him by playing the song while dancing on his bed.

Her staff was playing the backing tracks, as well as the lights in order to surprise the TV show host. Check it out:

What Britney Spears' Vegas deal looks like

Don't feel too bad about the artist's decision to only play shows in Vegas for the time being as her deal with Planet Hollywood is quite extravagant. Spears is already worth an estimated $165 million, and she will be adding to this figure with a two-year, $30 million deal from her residency.

However, she just received a two-year extension that will pay her $35 million.

Additionally, Spears will get more time to rest or hang with friends and family as she will be doing less shows than before under the new deal. The star is hoping to keep her show fresh by revamping the entire experience, including a new set list to go along with different costumes and props.

Britney Spears did quite well at the 2017 People's Choice Awards--find out why.
