"The Bachelor" Nick Viall decides to host a pool party instead of a formal cocktail party before the Episode 3 rose ceremony on Monday night and it's a recipe for disaster. Not only will the girls get jealous when contestant Corinne Olympios continues to monopolize Nick's time, several ladies will start to question whether Nick is there to find a wife or if he just wants have a good time.
Although ABC is doing their best to convince viewers that Nick is serious about his journey to find love, even Nick's biggest fans will have their doubts after watching the episode that airs on Monday, January 16.
From group date drama to a rather controversial pool party, Week 3 will set the tone for the season going forward, one that may have viewers wondering if spoilers about Nick getting engaged during the final rose ceremony are true.
Group dates and a sick contestant
Who gets a group date rose tonight, who scores a one-on-one with Nick, and who does he send home? Here are the latest "Bachelor" spoilers and a sneak peek at Corinne's pool party antics.
There are two group dates and a one-on-one date tonight and that means three ladies will be safe from elimination this week.
- Backstreet Boys group date: Jasmine, Kristina, Christen, Corinne, Taylor, Danielle L., Whitney compete for the group date rose. Reality Steve's spoilers reveal that Danielle is the winner of the group date rose.
- Track and Field group date: Three Olympians will show up on the group date (Carl Lewis, Michelle Carter, and Allyson Felix) and seven girls (Rachel, Astrid, Alexis, Sarah, Dominique, Brittany, and Jaimi) will try to impress Nick with their athletic skills. Rachel scores the group date rose and Nick sends Dominique home.
- One-on-one date: ABC's video preview teases that Vanessa Grimaldi gets sick on her one-on-one date, but the beautiful Canadian special education teacher walks away from the date happy — she gets a rose from Nick.
Pool party leads to more eliminations
Dominique is sent home during the track and field group date, but there are two more girls who will get eliminated after the pool party.
In a rather risky move by ABC, Corinne will make herself the center of attention once again when she covers herself in whipped cream. According to Reality Steve, she's actually wearing a bikini and is not naked, but still — producers are really pushing sex this season.
Although there are rumors that Corinne misses the Week 3 rose ceremony because she gets drunk and passes out on a couch, Steve states that she cries herself to sleep because Nick didn't shower her with attention when she was covered in dairy products.
Although Corinne doesn't wake up in time for the rose ceremony, she isn't one of the two girls who leaves on Monday night. Nick send Brittany (the girl who wore the leaf bikini on Episode 2) and Christen (the self-proclaimed virgin who told Nick that Liz gossiped about their one-night stand) home.
Next week, Nick and his remaining ladies will finally leave the "Bachelor" mansion and begin traveling to destinations both in and outside of the U.S. Their first stop is Nick's hometown of Waukesha, Wisconsin, the same town where contestant Danielle Maltby grew up.
